Commonly recommended acupressure and/or acupuncture points for the support and relief of pain symptoms related to rheumatism based arthritis:

UB15

Located even with the fifth thoracic vertebra, one and a half cun to the side.

LI15

Located in the hollow at the outside of the shoulder bone, most obvious when the arm is held away from the body.

To try this acupressure point, apply consistent pressure, using either the thumb, the second thumb joint, or the tip of the first or second finger for 2 to 3 minutes on points suggested while focusing as much healing energy into the acupoint as possible.
